CONSTITUTION:A lower coil 1, a slot bottom liner 2, an upper coil 4, a wedge lower liner 5, a wedge 6 and a side spacer 7 are inserted into a slot. A piezoelectric element 8 for detecting the variation in the radial pressure is provided between the coils 1 and 4. Information of the variation in the pressure which becomes an electric signal is externally supplied via lead wirings 9 to an indicator 9 via the element 8.
