ものである。Therefore, when various attachments are attached to the finger bar, the attachments are eventually placed in front of the mast. Not only with ordinary attachments, but especially when a thick and heavy reach fork device is attached to the finger bar, the center of load will move toward the front of the vehicle, resulting in the fork This has the disadvantage that the permissible load of the lift is significantly reduced and the longitudinal stability of the vehicle is reduced, resulting in a significant drop in vehicle performance. The present invention was made for the purpose of eliminating the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks, and the present invention is made by arranging the lift cylinder behind the mast to form a considerable space between the left and right masts, and installing a reach fork in the same space. It is an object of the present invention to provide a reach fork device for a forklift that can suppress a reduction in allowable load and prevent a decrease in longitudinal stability of a vehicle by arranging the device.

Two IJ foot cylinders 6 for raising and lowering the elevating section 5 are arranged behind the left and right masts 1 (they may be directed outward), and are erected on the lower cross beam la'' of the outer mast la. ing. A substantially U-shaped wheel support 7 is fixed to the upper end of the piston rod 6a of the lift cylinder 6, and a chain wheel 8 rotatably supported by the wheel support 7 via a support shaft 9 has one end. is fixed to the outer mast la, and the other end is connected to a chain anchor bin 5A protruding from the rear surface of the elevating member 5, or a foot chain IQ is hung thereon. Further, a substantially U-shaped receiver 11 fixed to the upper end of the inner mast ib or the upper tie beam lb'1 is detachably mounted on the wheel support 7, and the side plate of this receiver 11 A vertically elongated guide groove 11a that engages with the support shaft 9 of the chain wheel 8 is formed, so that the elevating member 5 is given a free lift determined by the length of the guide groove 11a. By placing the lift cylinder, which is normally placed between the left and right masts 1, behind the mast 1 as described above, a considerably wide space 1 is created between the left and right masts 1.
2 is formed, and a reach fork device, which will be described later, is arranged in this space 12.

A connecting beam 14 is connected to the middle part of the rear surface of 3.
Further, the rear rail tortoise 3 is rotatably supported on the upper and lower portions of its outer surface, and is raised and lowered from the lift cylinder 61 while being guided by the inner mast lb via foot rollers 13a. 15 is a pair of left and right front rails formed in a channel shape inside the rear rail 13;

One connecting pin 1
The lower ends of the two outer links 17 are connected to the support plate 6 protruding from the rear surface of the corresponding lower finger bar 15B with pins 20.
1, the transfer roller 2 is rotatably connected to the transfer roller 2 and is rotatably attached to the upper end via a support shaft 2i.
2, and this transfer roller 22 is carried into the corresponding railing oven 3. On the other hand, both links 18 located on the inside have their lower ends bent inward and are rotatably connected by pins 25 to support plates 24 protruding from the front left and right sides of the elevating member 5. It has a transfer roller 27 rotatably attached via a support shaft 26, and this transfer roller 27 is carried into the corresponding front rail 15.Furthermore, the lower ends of the links 18 are connected by 50'. This is a connecting ball, and the tip of the piston rod 31 of the reach cylinder 30, which is attached to the center of the front of the elevating section 5 with a bracket 28 and a pin 29, is attached to the center of the connecting shaft 50 in the pantograph mechanism.
2 and the bracket 51,
The front rail 15 can be moved in the front-rear direction by activating the reach cylinder 30 and expanding and contracting the pantograph mechanism. Note that 33 is a fork that is locked to the finger bars 15A, 15B. As described above, the IJ foot cylinders for raising and lowering the elevating member 5 are respectively arranged behind the left and right pair of mast devices consisting of the inner mast and the outer mast to form the space 12 between the left and right masts. A rear rail turtle 3 is fixed to the front surface of the elevating member 5 that is arranged and moves up and down, and the rear rail 13 is engaged so that it can be raised and lowered directly along the inner mast 1M via lift rollers 13a attached to the outer surface of the rear rail 13. At the same time, in the device of the present invention in which the front rail 15 is attached from the rear rail 13 via the pantograph mechanism, the rear rail 13 is attached to the inside of the inner mast lb, and the front rail 15 is attached to the inside of the rear rail 13. The entire fork device can be installed in a state closer to the vehicle body 2 side.

ある。This means that the center of gravity of the reach fork device is closer to the vehicle body 2, and the load center position is closer to the vehicle body 2 than in the conventional arrangement structure in which the finger bars and attachments are located on the front of the mast. Because it is closer to the side, the reduction in allowable load due to attachment installation is minimized, improving the forklift's loading capacity and the longitudinal stability of the vehicle. In addition, since the distance from the center of the front tire to the front end surface of the front rail 15 can be increased by 4, the field of view from the driver's seat forward, especially downwards, can be improved compared to conventional models, and the lift cylinder 6 can be symmetrically arranged laterally. Since it is placed in the fork, it has the effect of improving stability against the weight of the fork. In addition to the fork device shown in the embodiment, the present invention can also be applied to a pusher device equipped with a pantograph mechanism.
