[発明の要旨]
本発明の板紙熱圧成形品の製造方法は、結合剤を含有す
る板紙の一面に接着剤を介在させて化粧紙を、他面に接
着剤を介在させて不織布を積層する工程、
シボ模様のある定盤面に該化粧紙を接触するように該積
層体を加圧定盤に戴置し、該加圧定盤で加圧加熱し、シ
ボ模様のある一体化された成形素材を得る工程、
得られた成形素材を成形型に戴置し、加圧加熱し、一定
形状に釘形するとともに、結合剤を硬化させる成形工程

ために不純物の多い紙の欠点である耐衝撃性が改善され

る工程である。ここで板紙とは従来の板紙熱圧成形品の
継材となるもので、紙、パルプ等のセルロース繊維に1
0〜30%程度の熱硬化性結合剤を配合したものである
。なお、板紙はセルロース繊維に限ることはなく、綿等
の天然繊維、耐熱性の高0ポリエステルl1iN等の合
成繊維、ガラス繊維等の鉱物綴紐を含んだものでもよい
。熱硬化性結合剤としては、フェノール樹脂、不飽和ポ
リエステル樹脂、メラミン樹脂等が使用される。 T
