  1. 大気中に含まれる腐食因子との接触を好まない機物を収
    納するクリーンルームと、このクリーンルーム内にファ
    ンによって大気をエアフィルタを通して送りルーム内圧
    力を大気側の圧力より高く維持する清浄空気供給装置と
    の組合せで構成したクリーンルーム装置。
