よりなる静止誘導機器の本体、1aはこの本体1の上方
に配設された上部フレーム、1bは本体1の下方に配設
された下部フレーム、2はこの下部フレーム1bの下端
面に所定の間隔を介して溶接結合された平板状の一対の
足金で、夫々所定の間隔を介して穿設された各一対の貫
通孔2aが設けられている。3は上部フレーム1aの上
端面に下端部3aが所定の間隔を介して夫々溶接結合さ
れた一対の吊手で、突起部3bの中間部の所定箇所には
夫々係合部材3cが結合されている。4は負荷時タップ
切替器で、接続リード5によって本体1と接続されてい
る。6は外箱7と、乙の外箱7の上方開口部7aの周縁
に形成されたフランジ7bに溶接結合される天板8とに
より構成された上記本体1を封入する箱体で、外箱7の
底板部7Cに所定の間隔を介して固着された各一対の突
子9が上記足金2の貫通孔2aに夫々貫挿され、本体1
の水平方向の移動を規制するようになされている。8a
は天板8に所定の間隔を有して形成された一対の貫通孔
で、吊手3の夫々の突起部3bが遊嵌して貫通している
。10は下端部が夫々一対の貫通孔8aの外端側周縁部
に水密に溶接結合される一対の水封部材で、その内側面
は上記それぞれの吊手3の突起部3bの一側面と当接す
るようになされている。また、負荷時タップ切替器4は
天板8に吊下されている。
次にこのように構成される静止誘導機器の本体1および
負荷時タップ切替器4を外箱6内に収納且つ固定する場
合の組立工程について説明する。
まず吊手3に固着された係合部材3cで天板8を支承し
、さらにL彫金具12を用いて上記天板8を上方から押
え、このL彫金具12を吊手3にボルト13で固定する
。上記の手段によって本体1と天板8とを組合わせた状
態でワイヤロープ11を吊手3に掛付けて吊上げ、これ
を第4図に示すように外箱7に挿入し、下部フレーム1
bに固定した足金2の貫通孔2aに突子9の上端部を嵌
入させることによって位置合わせを行い、天板8の下面
と外箱70)フランジ7bを当接させたところで、上記
り彫金具12を吊手3から取外して吊手3と天板8との
結合を解除し、続いて本体1のみを下降すれば足金2が
外箱7の内底面に完全に当接して本体1が規定された位
置で安定するのであって、ここでワイヤロープ11を取
外す。なお天板8に設けた貫通孔8aは、吊手3の突起
部3bより大きく設定しているので、相互の間隔を利用
して天板8の位置を微調整して外箱7に合致させ、その
端縁を外箱7のフランジ?bの端縁に溶接し固定する。
次に水封部材10を用いて天板8の貫通孔8aを閉塞す
るのであるが、この場合、水封部材10の一方はその内
側面を吊手3の突起部3bの左側面に、又他方は突起部
3bの右側面にそれぞれ確実に当接させた状態で下端周
縁を天板8に溶接し、この関係をもって本体1を固定す
る。なお、図中14は上記水封部材10と吊手3の突起
部3b間に形成された天板8の高さ調整用空隙である。
ところで、上記のような従来の構成では、吊手3と水封
部材10との接合関係と、足金2とその貫通孔2aに嵌
入する突子9の関係によって本体1は水平方向に対して
完全に拘束されているが、上下方向には全く拘束されて
いない。したがって本体1は、地震や輸送時における上
下方向の加振に対して極めて不安定であり、これに加え
水封部材10と吊手3が相互に面接触しているために、
相対的な上下方向の摺接動作によって金属および塗料が
剥離して落下し、変圧器本体1の電気的信頼性を低下さ
せるという欠点がある。又外箱7に変圧器本体1を挿入
する時、上記本体1が外箱7の底面に当接しない宙吊り
の状態で一時降下動作を停止してL彫金具12を取外さ
なければならないという煩わしい付帯作業を必要とする
欠点もあった。
この発明は、かかる欠点を除去するためになされたもの
で、本体を外箱に対して確実に固定するとともに天板の
高さ調整も簡単に行うことができる静止誘導機器の固定
装置を得ることを目的とする。
〔発明の実施例〕
以下この発明の一実施例を示す第5図〜第7図にもとづ
いて説明する。図において、15は本体1の上部フレー
ム1aの左右に所定の間隔をおいて溶接により固定した
ねじ棒であり、これは後述するように上記本体1を吊上
げる際の吊上げ部材として用いられるのでそれに対応す
る十分な強度を保有している。そして乙のねじ棒15は
天板8に形成された貫通孔8aを貫通させ天板8の上面
に突出している。′16は上記ねじ棒15に螺嵌し天板
8の下面側に位置させたストッパー、17は上記ねじ棒
15の天板8より突出した部分を包被するためのねしキ
ャップであり、これをねじ棒15の頂端から螺嵌しその
下端周縁を溶接により天板8に固着している。
以上のような固定装置を備えた本体1を外箱7に挿入す
るに際しては、まず外箱7の高さより少し低い位置を設
定してねじ棒15に対するストッパー16のねじ込み量
を調整し、続いてこれに天板8を載置し、乙の天板8の
貫通孔8aから突出するねじ棒15の車端部に、別に用
意された吊上げ金具18を螺合させる。なおこの時吊上
げ金具I8と天板8間には経験的に把握した一定の寸法
Cの間隔を保つように調整しておく。以上のように本体
1と天板8及び吊上げ金具18を組合わせた後、ワイヤ
四−プ11を吊上げ金具18に掛付けて吊上げ、これを
第7図に示すように外箱7へ降下挿入する。この゛ 時
まず天板8と外箱7のフランジ部7bが当接するが、ス
トッパー16と吊上げ金具18とに間隔が設けられてい
るので、天板8は上記フランジ部7bに移載させた状態
で、本体1t!けが降下して下部フレーム1bの足金2
が外箱7の内底面に当接したところで停止する。このよ
うにして本体1の収納が終われば、ワイヤロープ11及
び吊上げ金員18を取外し、天板8の位置を微調整して
外箱7に合致させ、その周縁をフランジ部7bに溶接し
、更にねじ棒15の頂端からねしキャップ】7を螺嵌し
、乙の下端縁を天板8に溶接して固定する。つまりこの
状態において本体1はねじ棒15、ねじキャップ17、
天板18を介して外箱7と一体となり、上下左右方向の
拘束が達成されるのである。
〔発明の効果〕
この発明は以上説明したとおり、本体と天板を一体的に
吊上げる際、天板を所定の高さ位置で支承するストッパ
ーを螺嵌したねし棒を上記本体の上部フレームに立設し
、このねじ棒を上記天板に設けた貫通孔に挿通突出せし
め、天板の@縁部を外箱のフランジ部に溶接するととも
に上記ねし棒の突出部にねしキャップを螺嵌し、その下
端縁を天板に溶接し固定したものであって、ねし棒とね
じキャップにより本体を上下・水平方向に対して完全拘
束固定されているためにfI!Isや輸送時の振動に対
して強力に対応し、従来のように部材間の摺動に起因す
る金属・塗料粉体の落下が全くなく、電気的信頼性が向
上する。なお製作や組立てによる寸法公差を簡単な作業
で調整でき、加えて組立て作業の簡素化と能率の向上が
期待できる等その効果は大である。

は外箱の内部の一部斜視図、第4図は組立過程を示す一
