Claims (2)
- （１）クリーンルームにおける複数のフィルターパネル
が取付けられて構成される天井装置であり、建物構造体
からの吊りボルトに吊着される吊着部と、この吊着部を
挾んで両側に設けられており、前記フィルターパネルの
周縁パネル枠下端面に当接するパツキン材からなるシー
ル部および前記フィルターパネルのパネル枠周側端から
突出した気密片の下面に当接する可塑性磁石からなる支
持部とからなる取付フレームで前記フィルターパネルを
取付支持してなることを特徴とするクリーンルーム用天
井装置。 - （２）取付フレームには、その室内側下面に設備器・
具取付可能なカバーが着脱自在であるとし、このカバ
ーとの間に配線用空間部が形成されるようになっている
ことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の
クリーンルーム用天井装置。
