シール用接着剤で接着してセルを形成′ し、内部
に液晶を注入するとともに、前記樹脂シート及びガラス
基板の内面に所定の本数の透明電極を被着し、樹脂シー
ト側の透明電極の端子引出しを前記導電部より行うよう
