    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 石英系の光ファイバと、この光ファイバの上に設けられ
    た緩衝層と、この緩衝層の外側に設けられたＦＲＰ層と
    で構成されるＦＲＰ被覆光ファイバにおいて、前記緩衝
    層を、その厚さが前記光ファイバの外径をｄ、前記緩衝
    層の外径をＤとした場合にＤ／ｄ≧４となるようにした
    ことを特徴とするＦＲＰ被覆光ファイバ。６
