部と、前記エンジンの低回転域では前記副フライホイー
ルと前記主フライホイールとが連結されて回転する状態
で保持するとともに前記エンジンの高回転域では前記操
作部によって前記副フライホイールを前記主フライホイ
ールから離間させて前記主フライホイールのみが回転す
る状態に切換え゛る制御部とを具備したことを特徴とす
