    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 弾性体と、該弾性体を保持する基板と、前記弾性体の表
    面に載置された感熱素子と、該感熱素子を被覆するよう
    に少なくとも前記弾性体の感熱面側を被覆する薄膜テー
    プとから成るユニットを、複写機等の装置本体に取付け
    られるホルダに前記基板を介して弾性的に取付けたこと
    を特徴とする温度検知装置。
