Claims

[Claims for Utility Model Registration] A mold-clamping cylinder chamber for applying mold-clamping force, a mold-closing cylinder chamber for performing mold-closing operation, and a mold-opening cylinder chamber for performing mold-opening operation. A hydraulic control device applied to a mold clamping device of an injection molding machine includes a hydraulic source, a first electromagnetic switching valve, a second electromagnetic switching valve, a sub-tank for supplying and discharging the mold cylinder chamber, a pilot check valve, and a check valve. The first electromagnetic switching valve has a position for draining the hydraulic pressure of the mold-closing cylinder chamber and the mold-opening cylinder chamber, and a position for supplying the hydraulic pressure of the hydraulic source to the mold-closing cylinder chamber, and a position for draining the hydraulic pressure of the mold-opening cylinder chamber. The second electromagnetic switching valve can be switched between a position where the hydraulic pressure from the hydraulic source is supplied to the cylinder chamber for mold closing and a position where the hydraulic pressure from the hydraulic source is supplied to the cylinder chamber for mold opening while draining the mold closing cylinder chamber. A position to drain the oil passage that supplies the pilot port of the check valve and is connected to the mold clamping cylinder chamber through the check valve, and a position where the hydraulic pressure of the hydraulic source is connected to the mold clamping cylinder chamber through the check valve.
