    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 胴部２上端から肩部３を介して口頚部４を起立させた容
    器体１′と、該容器体上部へ嵌合させたキャップ８とか
    らなり、該キャップは下部材９と上部材１４とで形成さ
    せ、下部材９は、周壁１０下端部を容器体上部に形成さ
    せた嵌合壁部５に着脱自在に嵌合させると共に、周壁左
    右両壁部１０ａ、１０ａの下部をテーパ面１１，１１に
    形成させ、周壁の上部内面に横設させた横壁１２に挿通
    孔１３を穿設させて形成させ、上記上部材１４、　は、
    頂壁１５から垂設させた嵌合筒１６を上記挿通孔に上下
    動自在に挿通させると共に上記口頚部の外面に着脱自在
    に嵌合させて、該口頚部外面に周設された第１係合突条
    ６下面に嵌合筒下端内面に付設させた第２係合突条１６
    を係合させ、かつ該嵌合筒の下端部外面に上記挿通孔下
    縁に係合できる第３係合突条１７を付設させ、頂壁１５
    の左右両端部から垂設させた弾性変形可能な垂設板２０
    ．２０の下端縁牽、上記テーパ面下部へ保合させて形成
    させたことを特徴とするキャップ付き容器。
