Providing stretchability to the fabric material used to form clothes, etc. allows the formed clothes to be worn in close contact with the wearer's body, significantly improving their movement and workability, and also improving local Even if a tensile state or a bulging state is formed in the fabric, the fabric has the advantage of being able to respond quickly due to its stretchability and not causing damage to the fabric. Therefore, various types of fabrics with such stretch properties have been used in the past, but these conventional stretch fabrics lack waterproof and windproof properties, and moisture can freely enter from the outside during rain or rain. However, there were drawbacks such as the cold air coming into direct contact with the skin. Recently, waterproof and breathable fabrics have been developed, for example, by stretching a polytetrafluoroethylene polymer film to form a fabric-like material with a microstructure having knots interconnected by small fibers. It is possible to obtain a fabric that allows vaporized moisture such as steam to pass through almost freely, but can accurately prevent moisture from entering from the outside, and this fabric can effectively expel moisture such as when sweating. Moreover, it has a favorable property of appropriately preventing rainwater from entering from the outside, and is extremely useful in preparing outdoor clothing. However,
In the case of A1, a stretchable waterproof and breathable fabric with a laminated structure, (1) a method of simply laminating and adhering a V-touch fabric and a stretchable waterproof and breathable fabric; It was extremely difficult to obtain it in a stable manner. Needless to say, the stretch rate of this laminated stretch fabric is regulated by the stretch rates of both the fabric and the film. However, since the stretch rate required for a laminated stretch fabric differs depending on its use, the stretch fabric and stretch film that are the raw materials for the laminated stretch fabric have to be prepared for each use. However, it is extremely difficult to industrially produce dozens of types of stretch films for each purpose and freely combine them horizontally, and as a result, obtaining stretch fabrics with a predetermined stretch rate is naturally severely restricted. It was an unavoidable situation.

The invention was devised after repeated studies in view of the above-mentioned actual circumstances, and involves interposing a waterproof/breathable fabric in a bent state between stretchable fabrics, and joining the stretchable fabric and the waterproof/breathable material. The present invention proposes a waterproof and moisture-permeable fabric material that has a predetermined stretch property by forming an adhesive portion on its surface.

That is, to explain the specific embodiment of the invention according to the invention shown in the attached drawings, FIG. 1 shows one of the basic embodiments of the invention, for example, urethane-based elastic 1.1 Stretch fabrics such as known stretch fabrics, knit or textured yarn type stretch fabrics, or knitted fabrics thereof.
As described above, the waterproof and moisture permeable cable material 2 made of stretched polytetrafluoroethylene polymer film is inserted in a wavy and bent state, and this waterproof and moisture permeable material 2

The one in Fig. 1 has a stretch fabric 1.1 interposed between Iζ and a waterproof and breathable cable material 2, but in some cases, the cable according to the present invention is simply 1 as shown in Fig. 2. It is also possible to attach a bent waterproof and moisture permeable material 2 to a sheet of stretch fabric 1 and form an adhesive part 3 on the joint surface.

In other words, if this is done, the waterproof and breathable material 2 will be exposed, but it is clear that there will be no difference in the characteristics described later, and moreover, the fabrication process will be similar to that of the waterproof and breathable material 2. It can be easily manufactured by simply polymerizing and adhering the adhesive 3 applied in dots or lines to the stretched stretch fabric 1, and releasing the stretched stretch fabric 1 after the adhesion is completed. can.

The fabric shown in FIG. 1.2 is uniaxially stretchable, and when subjected to a tensile force in the direction of the wavy bend described above, the fabric 1.1 stretches in a plane as it is, and the waterproof and breathable material 2 The wavy bend becomes flat and it stretches as shown in FIG. 3, and when the tension cuff is released, it returns to the state shown in FIG. 1.

Furthermore, the one shown in Fig. 86 is provided with a cross-shaped bent protrusion 12b, and it is clear that in any case, a predetermined expansion and contraction effect can be obtained in both the vertical and horizontal directions in the figure. .

The above-mentioned waterproof and moisture-permeable material 2 is a laminate material of a non-hydrophilic porous film other than the above-mentioned fc stretched porous tetrafluoroethylene W fat film, such as a non-water-permeable porous material coated with a non-water-permeable polyacrylic resin. layer coating material, water vapor permeable non-porous film laminate material (using hydrophilic polyurethane resin, hydrophilic fluororesin, etc.), water vapor permeable non-porous layer coating material (using hydrophilic polyurethane resin, etc.) or other high a7 degree fiber fabrics can be used as appropriate. The degree of expansion and contraction mentioned above can be freely selected depending on the degree of bending of the waterproof and breathable material 2 and the extent of elongation of the stretchable fabric 1, but in general, the degree of expansion and contraction of less than 10% is suitable for use as a garment. It is not possible to effectively obtain the above-mentioned close contact state, and expanding and contracting more than 100 degrees gives a sense of tension when worn, which is undesirable. Therefore, the preferred amount of expansion/contraction is 60-80% in the vertical direction and 4% in the horizontal direction.
It should be about 0 to 60 inches.

According to the present invention as explained above, since the cloth is made of a waterproof and breathable material interposed between stretchable fabrics in a bent state, it is clear that it is possible to form a garment that is waterproof and breathable as a whole. It does not allow rainwater to pass through, and it effectively discharges moisture from sweating, making it comfortable to wear. Moreover, it has good elasticity, so it forms a comfortable state on the wearer's body while working. It can provide advantageous clothing and equipment with excellent performance and mobility, and since each of the above-mentioned fabrics is glued at the joint surface, it is easy to cut and sew to obtain the above-mentioned clothing. It has the function and effect of being able to be treated in the same way as a simple fabric, and being stable even in the form of clothing, even though it is a multi-layered fabric. This is a great invention.
