Claims (1)
に接続した押棒、とを乗せた底板と、該底板を上方に熱
膨張可能に支持して加熱室内に鉛直に吊下げられた複数
本の支持棒とを備え、かつ、前記押棒の一部と底板の少
なくとも1つが前記支持棒の熱膨張率より大きい熱膨張
率の材質からなり、しかも、前記熱膨張率の大きいほう
の鉛直方向の寸法が該加熱室内における前記支持棒との
熱膨張差を相殺する大きさになっていることを特徴とす
