ストシートと、この考案の実施例のコイルに用いられた
マイカシートめ加熱減量の比較を示す説明図である。
図中、１は導体、２は層間絶縁材、３は対地絶縁材であ
る。なお、図中同一符号は同−又は相当 、部分
