Abstract

PURPOSE:To hold the river bed exactly as well as rake up sludge effectively by a method in which the river bed on which sludge is deposited is improved by a freely movable ground improver, and then only the sludge is raked out. CONSTITUTION:Guide tracks 5 are laid on dams 16 on both sides of a river, and a traveling frame 3 is set between the guide tracks 5. A slidable machine base 2 is provided on the traveling frame 3, and a tower hanging a rotary rod 8 to rotationally support a stirring blade 10 for improving the ground is attached to the base 2 in a vertically movable manner. Sludge deposited on the river bed an the river bed are improved with an improving agent and then sludge, etc., can be exactly raked out. The breakge of the river bed can be thus be prevented.

Generally, sludge etc. that has accumulated in rivers is disposed of by raking it up using various means such as dredgers and performing restoration work, but because the work is carried out underwater, the location of the raking cannot be accurately determined, and The effect of mining is extremely poor due to the movement of the waste, and furthermore, during mining of the river bed, the surrounding materials are damaged by soil pressure, water pressure, etc., making it difficult to achieve a sufficient loss rate effect.

In addition, when creating a hardened layer in a river using improved assimilated materials such as quicklime and chemical solutions, the position of the hardened layer and the thickness of the hardened layer cannot be set evenly, making it unstable. At the same time, it had the great disadvantage of being very poor in ability and requiring a great deal of effort and time.

This invention improves on the problems of the conventional technology, and relates to a device that quickly, safely and reliably lifts up soft soil such as sludge accumulated in rivers to restore rivers. The main components are a guide rail laid along the opposing embankments of the river, a traveling construction frame mounted on the guide rail, and a mobile platform that slides on the traveling construction frame.
It consists of a turret body with a rotating rond and a stirring blade provided at the lower end, which is erected on the movable machine stand. Therefore, according to the present invention, it is possible to reliably and easily mine waste such as sludge deposited in a river using a very simple device, and to successively and accurately create an improved ground layer at a predetermined location and a predetermined thickness within the river. It has the characteristics of being able to reliably remove the sludge layer above the improved ground layer, preventing destruction of the river bed, and allowing mining operations to be carried out in a sequential and accurate manner.

Build a traveling construction frame (3) at a predetermined location on the riverbed (c) that requires improved ground and move it along the guide rail (51) on the river bed (c).Next, install a mobile frame on one side wall of the river Run the stand (2) on the erection frame (31 (
3) Slide the sliding rail (14) (14) onto the designated place, start the driving device (7) of the T8 body (1), and move the rotating rod (81 (8)) into the river. descend and penetrate,
After penetrating to the desired depth, when first pulling is started, the rotating rod (sl (81) rotates, and the stirring blades installed at the lower end are rotated, and at the same time, the stabilizer is pumped together with pressurized air, and the stabilizing material is pumped through the discharge hole. tts as to uniformly mix the soft ground and stabilizing material, and build the artificial improved ground pillar +61 (61) to a predetermined height. Next, move the rotating rod (8) (81) sequentially to Improved soil pillar (61 (61K) adjacent to the other side wall of the river
As shown in the figure, the improved soil pillars (6) (6) of the construction pillars are constructed horizontally evenly. After that, the traveling construction frame (3) is moved in the direction of the river flow, and the consolidation work is repeated in parallel with the improved soil pillar +61 (61), so that the improved soil pillar (61 ( After assimilation, the soft soil such as sludge accumulated above the improved ground pillar (6) (6)... is formed using another raking device. Therefore, it is disposed of as waste outside, and the depth of the river is brought to its normal level.

As described above, according to the device of the present invention, it is possible to easily carry out digging in rivers, which has been a very troublesome task in the past.
There is no need to work in unstable conditions like with a dredger, and the work can be carried out stably and reliably. In addition, the required position and required thickness of the improved ground layer to be created in the river can be set freely, so the mixing of the ground and stabilizing material is done evenly, and a nearly perfect ground layer is created. There are also effects that can be created. The guide rails laid on the embankment are extremely easy to assemble, disassemble and move, and have the effect of stably placing the traveling construction frame and allowing it to slide smoothly. Also,
Since the width of the traveling construction frame can be adjusted to correspond to the width of the river, it has the excellent effect of being easily usable on rivers of all sizes, and also has the advantage of being able to slide to the right while remaining on top of the traveling construction frame. This has the effect of allowing the machine to be placed and operated stably and significantly improving construction ability.
