When assembling a box-shaped structure, each of the top, bottom, and side members is prepared in advance, and the lower greens of the side members are joined to the greens on both sides of the bottom member, respectively, and then erected. If one attempts to join the upper edges of the top village to the upper edges of both side walls, the work of joining would have to be done in two separate locations, one on each side of the bottom village.

The larger the box-shaped structure is, the more it is industrially mass-produced, the more the production relies on mechanical power and the larger the equipment, but as mentioned above, the joining work is done in two places. If it is done separately, equipment and personnel will be required for supplying and joining the side walls for each side. Also, if you try to assemble a box-shaped structure of a different size after the box-shaped structure that was made of silk earlier, the location of the joining work will move to match the size of the bottom part, and as a result, It is necessary to change the supply route of the side wall and move the joining equipment. Furthermore, when joining, it is desirable to install a jig to accurately align the angles and positions of the materials, but if the work place for joining changes, the location of this jig must be adjusted each time. It may also be necessary to reinstall it. The present invention has been made in an attempt to solve these difficulties and streamline the industrial production of box-shaped structures. When assembling a box-shaped structure by joining the front side member and the rear side wall to each other, a pair of frames are placed facing each other, and both frames are moved back and forth in the direction of the other frame. The two frames are moved forward respectively, and the front side member is held in an upright state on both sides thereof by the pair of frames that have been moved forward, and the top side member is moved toward the front side member. and the bottom member, and join one end edge of the front member and the bottom member to the upper edge and lower green of the front member, respectively, release the holding of the pedestal and move it back, and then join these parts. The joined front side members are transferred in a direction in which the joined front side members become the front surface of the transfer and until they pass the positions of the pair of mounts, the pair of mounts are moved forward again, and the rear side members are erected. In this state, the jointed surface members are held on both sides by the pair of frames moved forward, and each of the joined surface members is fed out in a direction opposite to the transport direction toward the rear surface member, and the upper edge of the rear surface member and The present invention resides in a method of assembling a box-shaped structure, characterized in that the other end green portions of the top surface member and the bottom surface member are joined to the lower edges, respectively.

FIG. 1 shows an example of each canopy member assembled into a box-shaped structure. In the figure, 1 is the top member, and the small beam village 1 is between the lightweight C-shaped copper beams 11 and 11 arranged in parallel and facing each other.
2, 12... are assembled by spanning and joining together. Reference numeral 2 designates the bottom panel, which is also made up of a frame constructed by spanning small beams 22, 22, . . . between lightweight C-shaped copper beams 21, 21. Reference numerals 3a and 3b denote a front side member and a rear side member, in which lightweight C-shaped copper beam members 32 and 32 are respectively placed between the upper and lower ends of pillar members 31 and 31 made of rectangular steel pipes arranged in parallel and facing each other. It consists of a frame-shaped frame that is welded and assembled.

Reference numerals 33, 33, . . . designate joints, which are made of short groove-shaped members, and are welded to the four corners of the back surfaces of the respective side members 3a, 3b. The top member 1 and the bottom member 2 are vertically opposed to each other, and on both side edges, each side member 3a, 3b connects its joint portion 33, 33... to each beam member 11, 11, 21, respectively. , 21 are inserted into the grooves of the lightweight C-shaped steel and abutted, and are joined together to form a box-shaped structure.

Note that the joining may be performed by any appropriate means such as arc welding, spot welding, bolts and nuts, etc. Also, each beam material 11, 11, 21, 2
1 may be joined by being brought into contact with the end portions inserted into the grooves of the joint portions 33, 33. In this example, the top member 1,
Each of the bottom member 2 and side members 3a and 3b is made as a frame, and the box-shaped structure assembled by these members has the beams and columns of each member aligned along the base of the rectangular parallelepiped. It is a three-dimensional frame-like structure that is joined together.
Note that the provision of the joint parts 33, 33... ensures accurate alignment of the joints of the respective surface members, and also allows the beam members 11, 11,
If there is any variation in the lengths of 21, 21, this variation can be eliminated by adjusting the overlapping length with the joint part 33, and furthermore, it can be used to ensure a smooth connection for force transmission. Good results can be obtained. In this box-shaped structure, a face member is further attached between the beam material and the column material of each member depending on the purpose.

For example, when this box-shaped structure is made into a housing unit, a plurality of box-shaped structures with 0 units are connected front to back, left and right, or up and down to form a house.
In this case, depending on which part of the house it consists of,
A ceiling material and a roof panel are attached to the top member 1, a floor material is attached to the bottom member 2, and side members 3a, 3b and beam members 11, 2 are attached.
1. External wall materials may be attached to the bulge portion surrounded by the pillars 31 as required, or may be left open without being attached. Top member 1, bottom member 2, side members 3a, 3b
Each member is not limited to the framework as described above, but may be made in advance as a panel.

The frames 4, 4 are respectively movable back and forth in the direction of the other frame 4 by rollers 6, 6 and, for example, a cylinder device (not shown), and by moving forward, the front side member 3a and the rear side member 3b are moved. At times, it is held in an upright position on its both sides (pillars 31, 31, . . . ). For holding these, for example, each frame 4, 4
A stepped portion having an L-shaped cross section is provided on both sides of the front side member 3a and the rear side member 3b to receive the green corner portions on both sides, or a groove is provided in which the green corners on both sides of each side member 3a and 3b are inserted, Each side member 3a, 3b may be held by being pinched from both sides by these frames 4, 4, or a chuck machine side may be provided on each frame 4, 4, thereby holding each side member 3a, 3b. You may decide to keep it. First, the front side member 3a is transported to the location of the frames 4, 4 by a conveyor, a traveling crane, etc., and the front side member 3a is held upright at its both side edges (pillars 31, 31).

Since the method for assembling the box-shaped structure of the present invention is as described above, the joining work is concentrated in one place, the location of the frame, and the joining device, side member supply and holding device,
Dispersion and movement of workers etc. can be avoided, and even if the lengths of the top and bottom members change, there is no need to move the location where the side members are held accordingly. Therefore, it is possible to lock box-shaped structures of different sizes one after another following the previous one without interrupting the assembly work.
