被結束物の結束後、切断操作枠が更に降下して、引出粘
着テープの過度の緊張による緊張切れを生ずることなく
、その先端の切断刃により結束した粘着テープの接着部
分の手前において切断することを可能にする構造簡単な
野菜結束機におけるテープ緊張装置を得ることができる
効果がある。

る野菜類結束機において、第1軸承板の上部に引出粘着
テープ仮止板を形成し、テープ緊張腕の上部にガイドロ
ーラを取り付け、上記ガイドローラが引出粘着テープ仮
止板の上部を通過することが可能となるようにガイドロ
ーラの取付位置を決定すると共に、切断操作枠の作動を
テープ緊張腕に連動するための連杆を設け、連杆の切断
操作枠側の支持は長孔を形成して、切断操作枠に固定し
たピンを上記長孔に遊嵌し、上記ピンと連杆とを圧縮ス
プリングにより連結してなり、且、被結束物を結束し・
たテープが切断される直前に、テープ緊張腕の作動をス
トップさせるためのストッパーを設け、前記ピンは、テ
ープ緊張腕のテープ緊張のための作動がストップされた
際に、長孔の中間附近に位置するように構成したことを
特徴とする野菜類結束機におけるテープ緊張装置。
