発信装置からの音波を送波し、その反射波を受波する送
受信器を設け、送波と受波の時間差により、被測定物と
の相対距離をマイクロコンピュータで検出するとともに
、上記マニピュレータ端に走行台車近傍に照射したレー
ザ光を感知する光センサを設けてなり、この感知位置と
上記の検出値とから上記マイクロコンピュータにより被
測定物の絶対位置を検出することを特徴とする超音波式
