内燃機関用ピストンに使用される鋼製組合せ油掻きリン
グの別の実施例を示す断面図および側面図、第９図は本

Claims (4)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）少なくとも一本の圧縮リングと、該圧縮リングの
    下方位置に配設された一本の油掻きリングとを有する往
    復動内燃機関用ピストンにお、）て、前記油掻きリング
    が、合口を有する上下二本のレールリングと、該二本の
    レールリング、□７）間に配設され該二本のレールリン
    グを上下に眉間させるとともに外周方向に押圧し、その
    外周面をシリンダ内壁面に圧接させるスペーサエキスパ
    ンダとでなる鋼製組合せ油掻きリングで１ちって、該鋼
    製組合せ油掻きリングの少な（とｂ上方に位置するレー
    ルリングの合口構造が、一方の合口端部分にレールリン
    グの厚さの上方部分を周方向に突出させて形成される上
    側突片５）り設けられ、他方の合口端部分にはレールリ
    ング゛の厚さの下方部分を周方向に突出させて形成され
    る下側突片が設けられ、該上側突片と下側突片とが重な
    り合った状態で装着される合口構造とされている鋼製組
    合せ油掻きリングである−とを特徴とする往復動内燃機
    関用ピストン。
  2. （２）前記レールリングの合口構造が、一方の合）１端
    部にレールリングの厚さＨの中央位置より上方部分を周
    方向に突出させて形成される上側突片が設けられ、他方
    の合口端部にはレールリングの厚さＨの中央位置より下
    方部分を周方向に突出させて形成される下側突片が設け
    られ、該上側突片と下側突片とが重なり合った状態で装
    着される合口構造とされている実用新案登録請求の範囲
    第１項記載の往復動内燃機関用ビス（・ン。
  3. （３）前記圧縮リングが、一方の合口端部のリング外周
    面と一側面とおよび合口端面に寄った隅部に、外周面と
    該側面とおよび合口端面に開放された凹部が形成され、
    多他力の合口端部の前記凹部に対向する位置に該凹部と
    相似する形状をなして突出する凸部が形成されていて、
    装着状態で前記凸部が前記凹部に収容されて着座する合
    口構造をなす圧縮リングであることを特徴とする実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第１項または第２項記載の往復動内燃
    機関用ピストン。
  4. （４）　　一本の圧縮リングと、一本の油掻きリングを
    有することを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第２項
    または第３項記載の往復動内燃機関用ピストン。
