BACKGROUND ART Printed wiring boards used in various electronic devices are coated with flux during manufacture, but in order to improve quality when soldering parts and parts, cleaning is performed to remove the flux. Conventionally, in this cleaning work, as shown in FIG. 1, a plurality of cylindrical rotating brushes 3 are used to clean printed wiring boards, etc. in a container 5 filled with a cleaning liquid 6 such as fluorocarbon solution or trichloride. The plate-shaped body 1 is rotated with rotating shafts 4 arranged perpendicularly to the direction of movement indicated by arrow A. The rotary brushes 3 are constructed by rotating a 17-rotation plan 3 in the direction of arrow B, in which brushes 2 made of synthetic resin are flocked at regular intervals along the outer wall vertically to the rotary shaft 4. By sequentially moving the shaped body 1 in the direction of arrow A,
Rotating brush: 3 is used for cleaning, and cleaning is performed while scooping up the cleaning solution 6. However, in this type of cleaning, the dirt dropped from the plate 1 by the rotary brush 3 contaminates the cleaning liquid 6, and the stale and dirty cleaning liquid 6 repeatedly hits the plate 1, so that the plate 1 is not completely cleaned. First, the cleaning ability decreases as time goes on. Therefore, after cleaning a certain number of sheets, the remaining liquid must be replaced, and there is a disadvantage that replacing the cleaning liquid 6 requires time and money. However, even if the remaining liquid is replaced, the dirt between the adjacent rotating brushes 3 cannot be removed, and the dirt increases rapidly.

DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to eliminate such drawbacks of the conventional technology and to provide a system in which the rotating shaft 4 of a cylindrical rotating brush 3, on which the brushes 2 are arranged spirally on the outer circumferential surface, is parallel to the direction of movement of the plate-shaped body 1. The purpose is to distill and reuse the cleaning liquid 6, eliminate the need for liquid replacement, allow natural stirring, and constantly maintain the cleaning liquid.

Describing the structure of the present invention, the present invention provides a cleaning device in which a plate-like body l such as a printed wiring board that is sequentially transferred in one direction is washed with a cleaning liquid 6. A cylindrical rotating brush 3 with flocked hair is placed in a container 5.
The brushes 2 are arranged in parallel in the direction in which the plate-shaped body 1 moves inward, and the brushes 2 move backward when the rotating brush 3 is rotated.
Further, the cleaning liquid 6 filled in the container 5 is sent from the front to the rear while cleaning the back surface of the plate-shaped body 1 moving on the container 5 by the rotation of the rotating brush 3, and then is discharged from the rear of the container. This cleaning device is configured so that the liquid is discharged to the front of the container again after passing through the distiller 11.

As an effect of the present invention, since the cleaning liquid 6 can be kept constantly cleaned without replacing it, the cleaning ability of the plate-shaped object 1 such as a printed wiring board is increased, and the number of man-hours and costs are reduced. At the same time, quality control of the plate-shaped body 1 becomes easy, and reliability can be improved.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, in an embodiment of the present invention, when a rotary brush 3 is rotated, the brushes 2 made of synthetic resin or the like are helically flocked at certain intervals on the outer peripheral surface. The rows are arranged so as to move toward the rear 8. This rotary brush 3 is provided with a rotary shaft 4 parallel to the transfer direction of the plate-shaped body 1 in a container 5 filled with the cleaning liquid 6, for example, 3 pieces in parallel, and the cleaning liquid 6 is transferred backward by the brush 2. Rotate it like this. A plate-shaped body 1 such as a printed wiring board is moved from the rear 8 to the front 7 as shown by arrow A on the surface of this rotating brush 3'. A discharge pipe 9 for discharging the cleaning liquid 6 is provided at the rear 8 of the container 5, and is connected to a distiller 11 that heats the cleaning liquid 6 to steam, cools it, and condenses it. Connect the discharge pipe IO for discharging the cleaning liquid 6 to the drain 1. When the cleaning container 5 is filled with the cleaning liquid 6 and the rotating brush 3 is rotated, the brushes 2 of the rotating brush 3 will move toward the rear 8. , the rotating brush 3 moves the cleaning liquid 6 backward 8. The cleaning liquid returns to the container 5 through the six discharge pipes 9, the distiller 13 and the discharge pipe 10, and circulates therein. Small rotating brush 3
When the four plate-like bodies 1, such as printed gland plates, are sequentially moved from the rear 8 to the front 7 as shown by the arrow A, 6 volumes of the dirty cleaning fluid used to clean the previous plate-like body 1 with the rotating brush 3 are removed. As the rotating brush l rotates, it is swept backward 8.

However, the dirty cleaning liquid 6 flows into the distiller 11 through the drain pipe 9, where it is distilled to become clean cleaning liquid 6 again, and is returned to the front 7 of the container 5 through the discharge pipe 11, so that the inside of the container 5 is The front part 7 of the cleaning liquid 6 is clean and the rear part 8 is dirty. Therefore, when the plate l moves from the rear 8 to the front 7, it is first washed with the dirty cleaning liquid 6, but the front 7 is always washed with the clean cleaning liquid 6, so that the cleaning ability can be improved. Also, the brush 2 of the rotating brush 3 has a screw I.
Since the cleaning liquid 6 is pushed backward 8 in the Mf-shape, the cleaning liquid 6
In order to improve the circulation of water, the container 5 and the distiller 11 are placed on the same horizontal plane.

As described above, according to the present invention, the brush 2 is spirally shaped.
By using a rotating brush 3 with flocked bristles and circulating the cleaning liquid 6 in the container 5 through the distiller 11, the cleaning liquid 6 can be reused, and the cleaning liquid 6 can be reused naturally without replacing the liquid as in the conventional case. Since the washing liquid is kept clean by stirring, it is possible to improve the washing ability, reduce costs, and improve the reliability of the printed wiring board.
