    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 中空円筒状に形成した陰極スリーブと、該陰極スリーブ
    の中空部に挿入したヒータと、該陰極スリーブの外周で
    電子放射部分に形成した溝部と、該溝部に充填した電子
    放射性物質と、前記電子放射部分の両端部に設けたエン
    ドハツトとからなるマグネトロン用陰極において、大径
    を有するラミネート板および小径を有するラミネート板
    とを交互に積み重ねて接着し前記溝部を形成したことを
    特徴とするマグネトロン用陰極。
