Claims

At least one of a pair of contacts consisting of a conductor and a contact fixed thereto is made of a high-resistance material having a higher resistivity than the conductor, and the contact is made of a high-resistance material with a higher resistivity than the conductor, except for the surface of the conductor opposite to the contact. In a circuit breaker equipped with a U-shaped pressure reflector that covers the surrounding conductor, a groove is provided on the inner surface of the opening of the pressure reflector, and an abbreviated pressure spring made of wire is connected to the contact point. A circuit breaker characterized in that the pressure reflector is attached to the conductor via the compression spring by resiliently locking in the groove while in contact with the surface of the conductor on the opposite side.
