Claims

[Scope of utility model registration request]

In a tape cartridge in which a magnetic shielding plate 12 is disposed at the innermost side of a head insertion port 6 opened on the front side of the cartridge case 1, a magnetic shielding plate 12 is provided at the center of the back side of the magnetic shielding plate 12, and the depth is the deepest at the central part. A tape cartridge characterized in that a protrusion 21 is provided with a cross-sectional shape that is deep and gradually becomes shallower toward the edge.
