Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 回転可能な熱ローラと、通電によりその熱ローラを加熱
    する手段と、その熱ローラと協同して紙を挟持し回転可
    能な補助ローラと、異常高温を感知して上記の通電を遮
    断する通電遮断素子とを具備する定着装置において、熱
    ローラと通電遮断素子とを一定間隔に保持し高温で熱変
    形を生ずる材料を含む支持部材と、熱ローラと通電遮断
    素子と、が互いに接近するように少なくともいずれか一
    方を付勢する手段とを有することを特徴とする定着゛　
    装置。
