Claims

A cylindrical core pit whose lower circumferential surface is rotatably supported by a heavy door wheel on the core pit pedestal and whose upper circumferential surface is rotatably held by a roller that can move toward and away from the core pit; a rack pedestal fixed to the core pit pedestal and extending in the same direction as the core pit pedestal; a bearing pedestal supported on a heavy door wheel provided on the rack pedestal at the upper part of the rack pedestal and movable together with the core pit; and the rack pedestal. a rack through which a rack support protruding from the shaft is inserted, the lower half of which passes through the core pit and has a branch rod knob at the lower end; and a pinion that is supported by a handle support ring provided on the bearing stand and meshes with the teeth of the rack. 1. A pavement cutting device comprising: a handle that rotates the core pit; and a rotational drive source that is supported by the bearing stand and rotates the core pit.
