高圧電極部における通電接続面の少なくとも一方の面に
同心的に円形の凹部を設け、この凹部は前記高圧電極部
と絶縁部の接触面から前記高圧電極部の直径の1/20
乃至1/10の範囲内であって且つその深さを前記高圧
電極部の厚さの10乃至20%としたことを特徴とする
