スして設けた補助空気通路にパルス信号により開度制御
される電磁式の空気流量制御弁を設ける一方、暖機運転
時ば前記空気流量制御弁を暖機状態に応じて開度制御す
る暖機用制御手段と、暖機完了後のアイドル運転時は機
関回転数を機関状態に応じて設定された目標回転数に近
づけるように空気流量制御弁を開度制御するアイドル用
制御手段と、機関に加わる負荷の増大に応じて前記目標
回転数を増大補正する目標回転数補正手段とを設けて構
