Claims (1)

ラが回転可能に設けられ、該ローラの一方が駆動ローラ
であり、他方カ遊動ローラであって、少なくとも一方の
ローラはローラ軸受部材に軸支され架台に支持部材を介
、して支持されており、該ローラは食品搬送方向に向け
て摺動可能に構成されており、前記支持部材は、前記ロ
ーラ軸受部材を摺動可能にする摺動部を有する第１支持
部と、前記無端搬送ベルトの両側に位置し、該第１支持
部を前記架台に支持する第２支持部とからなり、該第２
支持部は、前記第１支持部及び架台から取外し可能な構
成を有することを特徴とする食品切断機における食品搬
