A connecting pin 16 penetrating the holes 11, 15 consists of a band-shaped spring bent like a hair- pin and has concave depressed portions 17, 18 at two locations apart from each other along its longitudinal line, and it is fitted and pressure-contacted with the one end face 10 and the flange 14 respectively on the outer sides of the concave depressed portions 17, 18.
