Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）プラスチック製光ファイバーの端部がそれぞれフ
    エルールを介してハウジングに固定され、このハウジン
    グを相互に突き合わせて前記光ファイバーを光学的に結
    合する光ファイバーコネクタにおいて、フエルールは前
    記光ファイバーめ挿入および締付を可能とするすり割り
    溝を両端部に形晟して該両端部を拡開し、かつ軸方向中
    間部の外周面に固定用突起を突設し、ハウジングは互い
    に他と突き合わされる側の端部にフエルール装着孔を穿
    設し、このフエルール装着孔にはその軸方向中間部に前
    記固定用突起を陥ち込ませる陥部を形成すると共に、こ
    の陥゛部より入−口側の口孝は前記フエルールの端部を
    縮径させる大きさに形成したことを特徴とする光ファイ
    バーコネ．クタ。
  2. （２）前記フエルールの内周面には前記光ファイバーを
    喰い込むように把持する凸凹を形成させたことを特徴と
    する実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の光ファイバー
    コネクタ。
