    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 互いに平行に設置された２本の直進運動ガイド用シャフ
    ト２，３と、該直進運動ガイド用シャフト２，３の少な
    くとも１本に対して包む様に係合されたリニアベアリン
    グ９と、該リニアベアリング９を組み込んだハウジング
    １１と、該ハウジン′　　グ１１に対して弾性力を付与
    する加圧バネ１４と、該加圧バネ１４が固着された光学
    ヘッド塔載用のテーブル１３と、該テーブル１３を直進
    運動せしめる電磁手段を備えたことを特徴とするりニア
    モータ装置。
