設けられ燃料フィルタの上流側と下流側の圧力差で移動
する可動部材と、可動部材を所定の付勢力で上流側に付
勢する弾性部材と、可動部材が下流側に移動したとき可
動部材を下流側に保持する保持部材と、を備え、前記ケ
ースを前記可動部材の位置がケース外側より確認できる
