実用新案登録請求の範囲を次のように補正する。
Ｏ実用新案登録請求の岐囲
（１）互いに対向する吸入側開口と吹出側開口を有する
ユニット外箱、このユニット外箱内の上記吸入側開口部
に設けた熱交換器、上記吹出側開口部に設けられ、流体
の送風作用を行なうファン装置を備えた空気調和機の室
外ユニットにおいて、上記ファン装置が上記吹出側開口
面に平行で、上記吹出側開口から所定の間隔をおいて上
記ユニット外箱外に配置された円板状の風路部材、この
風路部材に取付けられて上記吹出側開口部に配置され駆
動モータにより回転駆動されｇプロペラファン羽根車、
上記吹出側開口部の周囲に取付けられ、上記熱交換器か
らの流体を上記プロペラファン羽根車に導入するファン
ケーシング、上記ユニット外箱外で上記プロペラファン
羽根車の回転軸と垂直な方向に配置された排出口、上記
吹出側開口と上記排出口を連通し、上記プロペラファン
羽根車の回転軸に垂直な断面が渦巻形である渦巻室、及
び上記風路部材を所定の間隔をあて被包して上記ファン
ケーシングに取付けられ、上記渦巻室を形成する渦巻室
ケ下シングを備え、上記ファン装置が上記ユニット外箱
に着脱可能に構成され、かつ上記風路部材の外径が上記
プロペラファン羽根車の外径より大きく構成された空気
調和機用室外ユニット。
（２）ファンケーシングをユニット外箱に着装した状態
で、渦巻室の最下部付近に上記ユニット外箱外と連通ず
る連通孔を設けたことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
