主バルブ２０を設け、この主バルブ２０をバネ２１で遮
断方向に付勢し、かつバネ室２２と入口ポート２とを細
孔２３で連通ずると共に、該バネ室２２とタンクポート
３とを断通するスプール５を弁本体５に設け、このスプ
ール５をバネ８で遮断方向に押動すると共に、バネ室２
２の圧力による押力Ｆ□と比例ソレノイド１２のプラン
ジャ１３の推力Ｆ３とによって連通方向に押動したこと
を特徴とする電磁比例圧力制御弁。A main valve 20 is provided in the valve body 1 to disconnect the inlet port 2 and the tank port 3, and the main valve 20 is biased in the blocking direction by a spring 21, and the spring chamber 22 and the inlet port 2 are connected to each other by a small hole 23.
