Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the degree of cleaness in a cleaning space by a method wherein third space, facing to an opening and closing door, is formed in a part of a cleaning chamber while a pressure regulating means is provided in the device. CONSTITUTION:The space 29, provided independently between the opening and closing door 7 and main body peripheral wall 11 so as to be neighbored to the outside 50 of the machine and the cleaning chamber 1, is constituted so as to hold a pressure different from either the pressures in the cleaning chamber 1 or the outside 50 by a filter 33, a fan 34 and an air feeding chamber 35. A part of air, sent out of the fan 4, is pressurized by the fan 34 and it sent into the space 29 from the air feeding chamber 35 as clean air after filtrated by the filter 33 whereby the pressure of the space 29 becomes higher than either one of the same in the cleaning chamber 1 or the same in the outside 50. According to this constitution, when the flow of clean air from the space 29 to the outside 50 and the flow of clean air from the space 29 to the cleaning chamber 1 are generated as shown by arrow signs in the diagram and the corner 1a of the cleaning chamber 1 becomes negative pressure lower than the outside 50, atmosphere will never flow into the corner 1a and the degree of the cleaning chamber 1 will never be deteriorated by the stagnation of air, containing dust.

This clean bench includes a clean room 1 having an opening 2 in the front, an air supply filter 3, a blower 4, an air supply tact 5, and an exhaust filter 6 for supplying clean air to the clean room l. 1 and the outside world 50 is provided with a sliding door 7 having translucency. Clean room 1 during work
In order to prevent harmful substances and pathogens inside from flowing out to the outside world, some of the air inside the clean room 1 is pumped together with outside air through an air intake port 8 provided on the workbench as shown by the arrow in Figure 1 (a). A part of the air sucked into the space 9 under the workbench and sent out from the blower 4 is discharged to the outside through the exhaust filter 6, and the remaining air is passed through the air supply filter 3 to the ceiling air outlet 1.
0 to the clean room 1, and the opening 2 is closed by the opening/closing door 7 to keep the internal pressure of the clean room 1 lower than the outside world 50.

The opening/closing door 7 is movable in the vertical direction so that experimental equipment can be easily carried in and out of the clean room 1, and there is a space between the opening/closing door 7 and the main body peripheral wall 11 to prevent contact between the door and the main body during the opening/closing operation. To prevent this, a gap 12 is provided.
In order to prevent outside air from flowing into the clean room 1 through the opening 2, a backing 13 that slides into contact with the opening/closing door 7 is attached to a part of the periphery (upper side) of the opening 2 by means of a holding plate 14.

However, with this structure, if the contact pressure of the para and king 13 against the opening/closing door 7 is increased, the opening/closing door 7 will be damaged due to frictional force.
It is impossible to eliminate the gap between the opening/closing door 7 and the backing 13 because the operation cannot be performed smoothly, and as mentioned above, the pressure in the clean room 1 is lower than that in the outside world 50, so this pressure difference This is indicated by the arrow in Figure 1(b). Outside air flows into the clean room 1 through the gaps between the opening/closing door 7, the main body peripheral wall 11, and the backing 13, or the gap between the seal 13 and the mounting surface of the main body peripheral wall 11, reducing the cleanliness of the room. Inconveniences may occur, such as contamination of the sample being handled with bacteria from the outside air.

FIG. 2 shows a conventional example of an open clean bench that releases the entire amount of clean air supplied to the clean room to the outside world. This clean bench includes a clean room 1 having an opening 2 in the front, and an air supply filter 3 for supplying clean air to the clean room 1.
, a blower 4, an air supply duct 5, a pre-filter 15,
A sliding door 7 having translucency is provided between the clean room 1 and the outside world. To prevent outside air from flowing into the clean room J during work, outside air is taken in through the pre-filter 15 as shown by the arrow in FIG. The air is supplied to the clean room 1 from the ceiling air outlet 10 through the air outlet, and the air that has passed through the clean room 1 is made to flow out from the opening 2 on the lower side of the opening/closing door 7 to the outside world. The opening/closing door 7 is movable in the vertical direction with a gap 12 provided between it and the main body peripheral wall 11. Normally, the opening/closing door 7 is used to reduce the area of the air outlet of the clean room 1 as much as possible to reduce the internal pressure of the clean room 1 to the outside world. Although it is used in a higher position, there may be cases where the area of the air outlet of the clean room 1 must be greatly expanded due to work circumstances. In this case, the internal pressure of the clean room 1 drops to near atmospheric pressure, and especially the main body peripheral wall 1 around the air outlet 1O
A clean room l surrounded by the bent lower surface of the door 7 and the back surface 1 of the opening/closing door 7
The corner 1a has a negative pressure compared to the outside world due to the suction effect of the blown air current, and outside air may flow into this negative pressure area through the gap 12, reducing the cleanliness of the room. As a countermeasure against this, in the past, a backing 13 that made sliding contact with the opening/closing door 7 was attached to the bent part of the main body peripheral wall 11 using a presser plate 14, but as in the example shown in FIG. Since it is impossible to eliminate the gap between the opening and closing door 7, the main body peripheral wall 11 and the backing 13, or the gap between the mounting surface of the backing 13 and the main body peripheral wall 11, as shown by the arrow in FIG. Therefore, it was not possible to sufficiently prevent outside air from flowing into the negative pressure portion 1a of the clean room 1 and reducing the cleanliness of the room.

FIG. 3 shows a conventional example of an air shower device with an automatic door. In the same figure (a), one side of the opening/closing door 18 configured as an automatic door faces the clean room (clean room) 16, and the other side faces the shower room 17 inside the air shower device.
The clean room 16 faces the shower room 17 and allows people and equipment to pass between the clean room 16 and the outside world 50. The automatic door drive unit case 20 is attached to the end of the air shower device main body case 19 corresponding to the area around the opening of the clean room 16, and the drive motor 2 is installed inside the automatic door drive unit case 20.

The door drive mechanism is driven by a drive boo! as shown in FIG. 3(b).
The drive belt 23 and the opening/closing door 18 are connected via the bracket 24, and the drive belt 23, which is passed between the J22a and the idle booby J22b, is attached to the shaft of the drive motor 21. J
By the rotation of 22a, the opening/closing door 18 suspended from the guide rail 26 via the kite roller 25 is moved from side to side along with the drive belt 23 and the drive bracket 24.

A gap 27 for sliding the opening/closing door 18 is provided between the groove peripheral wall opened on the lower surface of the door drive unit case 2o and the opening/closing door 18. It communicates with the clean room 16 through, and is always at the same pressure as the inside of the clean room.

In such a conventional air shower device with an automatic door, there is a drive boom when the door is opened or closed. The dust generated from the drive belt 23 due to the friction with the belt 22a passes through the gap 27 and enters the clean room 1 as shown by the arrow in Fig. 3 fa).
There was a risk that the water would spread into the room and reduce the cleanliness of the room.

According to actual measurements, there is a boom when opening and closing the door! The amount of local dust generated due to the friction between j 22a and the belt 23 is about 6000 particles with a size of 0.5 μm or more, and about 30 particles with a size of 0.3 μm or more.
In some cases, there can be as many as 1,000 pieces, and in a clean room with many comings and goings, it becomes a source of contamination that cannot be ignored. Moreover, in this case, since the opening/closing door 18 slides within the groove of the door drive unit case 20, the gap 27 cannot be closed with a dustproof backing.

Regarding the part surrounded by solid line C in Fig. 4(a), fi
To explain, as shown in an enlarged view in FIG. 4 fb), the backings 13a and 13b are attached to the two opposing sides of the Uj-shaped curved portion 1a of the main body peripheral wall 11 by presser plates 14a and 14b, respectively. A third space 29 is formed between the backings 13a and 13b. The space 29 is adjacent to the gap 12 between the opening/closing door 7 and the main body peripheral wall 11 via the backing 13a, and is adjacent to the clean room l via the backing 13b. As shown in FIG. 5, a space 29 formed along the upper side of the opening 2
Both ends in the longitudinal direction communicate with air passages 30 on both left and right sides of the clean room 1, and the lower part of the air passage 30 is connected to the space 9 below the workbench where the blower 4 is housed, so that the space 29 is connected to the clean room 1. It constitutes a pressure adjusting means that maintains a pressure different from both the pressure of the pressure l and the outside world. That is, in this example, the blower 4
During operation, the air in the space 29 is sucked by the blower 4 through the air passage 30 and the space 9 below the workbench, so the pressure in the space 29 is lower than both in the clean room 1 and the outside world.

したがって、第4図(blの矢印で示すように、開閉扉

Therefore, as shown by the arrow in FIG. A flow of clean air flows into the space 29 from J through the gap between the opening/closing door 7 and the backing 13b, and all the outside air that flows into the space 29 is extracted by the blower 4, so it passes through the gap 12 and flows into the clean room 1. There is no possibility that outside air will flow into the clean room 1, and there is also no possibility that harmful substances or dangerous pathogens in the clean room 1 will flow out through the gap 12 to the outside world.

In this case, as long as the pressure difference between the space 29, the clean room 1, and the outside world is maintained, there is no problem even if there is some gap between the backings 13a, 13b and the opening/closing door 7.
The frictional force caused by the backing can be reduced, and the opening/closing door 7 can be opened and closed with a small force.

In a clean bench having such a sliding door, it is the inflow of outside air from the gap 12 that greatly affects the indoor cleanliness. Therefore, in order to prevent the indoor cleanliness from deteriorating due to the inflow of outside air, it is practically sufficient to provide the space 29 along the upper side of the opening 2, but if necessary, the guide 31 can be A third space 29 communicating with the air passage 30 can also be provided on both sides of the provided opening 2 to prevent outside air from flowing in through the gap between the opening and closing door 7 and the door 31.

"p L < To explain, as shown in an enlarged view in FIG. 6(b), the gap provided between the opening/closing door 7 and the main body peripheral wall 11 is adjacent to the outside world via the upper backing 13a, and the gap is adjacent to the outside world via the upper backing 13b. An independent space 29 adjacent to the clean room 1 is formed through the hole 3 in the peripheral wall of the main body.
2 to an air supply chamber 35 having a second air supply filter 33 and a second air supply blower 34, and the space 29 is connected to the clean room 1 by the filter 33, the blower 34, and the air supply chamber 35. It constitutes a pressure adjusting means that maintains the pressure at a pressure different from that of the outside world. That is, a part of the air sent out from the blower 4 is further pressurized by the blower 34 and sent from the air supply chamber 35 to the space 29 as clean air by the filter 33, so that the space 29 is separated from the clean room 1 and the outside world 50. The pressure will be higher than either.
