Abstract

PURPOSE:To maintain a uniform recorded density, by a method wherein a recording paper condition restricting member for maintaining a recording paper in a flat condition and maintaining a constant releasing angle is provided in proximity to a releasing position of an ink doner film and the recording paper. CONSTITUTION:A stabilizing plate 7a is fixed in proximity to the releasing position on the back side of the recording paper 6, while pressing plates 7b, 7c are provided on the face side of the paper 6 substantially in parallel to the plate 7a, and are supported respectively by both ends of a spring 70 having a rotary shaft 40 as a fulcrum wherey the pressing force of the plates 7b, 7c is restricted. Accordingly, the releasing angle in releasing the paper 6 from the ink doner film 1 and the flatness of the paper 6 after releasing can be stabilized.

〔産業上の利用分野〕 本発明は転写型感熱記録装置に係り、特に、インクドナ
ーフィルムと記録用紙との剥離を安定させることにより
印字品質を向上させるようにした転写型感熱記録装置に
関する。 〔従来技術〕 第1図は、従来の転写型感熱記録装置におけるインクド
ナーフィルムおよび記録用紙の搬送系の代表的な構成例
を示す側面図であり、薄膜ペース上に、熱溶融性あるい
は熱昇華性のインクを塗布したインクドナーフィルム(
以下IDFと略す)1を、サーマルヘッド2とバックロ
ーラ3間および、ドライブローラ4とピンチローラ5間
に、それぞれ圧接介入させ、図示しない供給ローラと巻
取りローラ間に張設して構成される。係る装置において
、図の左方から送られてくる記録用紙6が、前記サーマ
ルヘッド2上の前記IDFI 、!:バックローラ3間
に供給されると、前記ドライブローラ4の回転駆動が開
始され、この回転駆動によりn11記IDFIが搬送開
始される。そして、前記サーマルヘッド2上では、前記
パックローラ3の圧接力にょシ前記記録用紙6も、前記
IDFIの搬送に追従して搬送され、この時当該サーマ
ルヘッド2の所定発熱個所で溶融される前記10FIの
インクが転写され、所定画情報の記録が行なわれる。そ
の後、前記IDFIと記録用紙6は重ね合わされた状態
で、矢示Aで示される前記ドライブローラ40周面上に
ある剥離位置まで搬送され、当該剥離位置から、一方は
図示しない巻取りローラにて巻取ることにより矢示l方
向に搬送するとともに、−万は図示しない排紙ガイドに
沿って矢示P方向に搬送させることにより剥離し、図示
しない排紙トレイに排紙するようにしていた。しかしな
がら、上記従来の転写型感熱記録装置によれば、ただ単
に前記IDFIと記録用紙6とを、それぞれ異なる方向
に搬送することによってのみ剥離するものでおったため
、前記記録用紙6の前記IDFIからの剥離角および剥
離後の紙面状態が、当該記録用紙6のコシの強弱あるい
は前記IDFIの溶融インクの固着力等によって容易に
変動するなど剥離が安定せず、この結果として記録濃度
の低下やムラが生じ、印字品質が極端に低下するという
欠点があった。 〔発明の目的〕 本発明は、上記実状に鑑みてなされたものであり、前記
記録用紙の前記IDFからの剥離角度および剥離後にお
ける前記記録用紙の平面性を安定させることにより記録
濃度の低下やムラの発生がなく、印字品質の良好な画像
を得ることのできる転写型感熱記録装置を提供すること
を目的とする。 〔発明の構成〕 そこで本発明では、前記剥離位置近傍の記録用紙の裏面
側に配設され、当該記録用紙に軽く接する程度に固定さ
れた平板と、当該平板に対向して前記記録用紙の表面側
に配設され、前記剥離位置の前後において、前記平板と
の間に前記記録用紙を摺動可能に挾持する少なくとも2
枚の押えプレートと、当該押えプレートに対し前記記録
用紙を押える適当な力を供与するスプリングとを具え、
