CONSTITUTION:A tip of a stay 1 is inserted into a holder part 3 installed in an upper edge inner part of a sun visor body 2, while a stay support device 4 is attached to the base end. At the tip of the stay 1, a noncircular sectional part 5 having a flat concave receiving part 5a is installed, through which this noncircular sectional part 5 and a nodal member installed in the holder part 3 are combined together, thus a nodal snapping mechanism is constituted. The noncircular sectional part 5 is formed by means of press molding with metal molds 6 and 7 having each of flat parts 6a and 7a commensurate to the concave receiving part 5a.
