Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce slip of a truck wheel which rolls on a circular track, on the rail thereof by splitting the wheel in the width direction thereof into a plurality of parts so that the parts may turn independently in close contact with each other. CONSTITUTION:A wheel 2 is splitted into three parts in the direction of the width thereof as that the individual parts turn independently in close contact with each other. When the wheel 2 rolls on the circular track, the internal and external parts with respect to a rail run at different speeds, however, since the wheel 2 is divided into three parts, they roll independently, thereby reducing the slip ratio to one third of the conventional ratio. The number of the parts is inversely proportional to the slippage so that the more the number thereof is increased, the more the slippage can be reduced.

As shown in Fig. 1, a downhill space cooling system having a circular track rail (01) causes slippage between the rail (01) and the wheels of a bogie (O2) rolling on it, causing the wheels to slip. The problem arises that the treads of the tires wear out. This is the rails (

The present invention satisfies the above-mentioned requirements, and includes a wheel for a bogie that rolls on a circular track rail, in which the same wheel is divided into a plurality of parts in the wheel width direction, and each part is rotated separately while being in close contact with each other. The present invention relates to a wheel for a truck characterized by being supported by an axle, and the object thereof is to provide an improved wheel for a truck that can reduce slippage on the rail and reduce the amount of wear.

The truck wheel of the present invention is configured as described above, and can achieve the following effects. That is, when the wheels (2) roll on the circular track rail (1), a speed difference occurs between the inside and outside of the rail (1). The larger the wheel width, the larger the difference, so in order to reduce the slippage that occurs, the wheel (2) is divided into multiple parts (in the example, it is divided into six parts), and each wheel (2) is rotated separately. We are making it possible to
The speed difference can be reduced, and the slip rate is only 4 compared to conventional one-piece wheels. That is, the slip rate decreases in inverse proportion to the number of divisions.
