Claims

A spring assembly m consisting of a vertically angled stop member 12 and a bifurcated leaf spring 11 is disposed at a required corner of a channel box a surrounding the fuel bundle, and the spring assembly m is attached to a bolt 13. In a device that is removably fixed to a corner post 5 of an upper tie plate, a head 13a and a lower male threaded portion 13e to be screwed to the corner post 5, and a concave inclined portion 13c and a small diameter portion 13d located in between. The plate spring 11 and the horizontal heads 11a, 12a of the stop member 12 are fitted into the small diameter portion 13d of the bolt 13, and the stepped hole 12b formed in the head of the stop member 12 is connected to the small diameter portion 13d of the bolt 13. A fixing device for a spring assembly in a nuclear fuel assembly, in which a sleeve material divided into a plurality of parts is disposed between the parts, and the upper end of the sleeve material is expanded and deformed outward.
