Claims (1)
受圧ダイアフラムが設けられ、これと本体中央部に設け
られた圧力検出エレメントとが連結軸によって結合され
た微小圧検出用の差圧・圧力伝送器において、前記受圧
ダイアフラムの中央部に、小型、高耐圧のベローズを取
り付けると共に、このベローズを介し前記連結軸と前記
ダイアフラムとを固定したことを特徴とする差圧・圧力
