第１図は従来のドーム型スピーカにおけるドーム部とコ
イルボビンとの接合手段を示す要部の断面図であり、第
１図Ａは接着剤による接合を示す断面図、第１図Ｂは金
属箔の絞り加工により成型する場合の断面図である。第
２図乃至第４図は本考案に係るドーム型スピーカの実施
例を示し、第２図は要部の断面図、第３図は他の構成例
を示す要部の断面図、第４図はドーム部の立ち上り部を
レーザー光でカットする状態を示す断面図である。 １：ドーム部、２：コイルボビン、−３：　溶接部、４
：ホイスコイル、５：基材、６：アルマイト層。

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ■　ドーム部とコイルボビンとが溶接されていることを
    特徴とするドーム型スピーカ。 ２　ドーム部における立ち上り部の接合端面がレーザー
    光により水平にカットされ、レーザー光により溶接され
    ていることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
    記載のドーム型スピーカ。 ３　ドーム部又はコイルボビンの少なくともいずれか一
    方が表面処理層を備えていることを特徴とする実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第１項記載のドーム型スピーカ。 ４　コイルボビンが有色アルマイトの表面処理層を備え
    ていることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
    記載のドーム型スピーカ。 ５　コイルボビンが黒色アルマイトの表面処理層を備え
    ていることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
    記載のドーム型スピーカ。
