Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the wasteful time between respective operations and to speed up a casting cycle in a die casting operation by starting the operations of a casting machine and attachments thereof before the previous operation ends. CONSTITUTION:A die casting machine as well as attachments such as an automatic pouring device for pouring a molten metal into a sleeve, an automatic take-out device for taking out products from dies, an automatic spraying device for dies, an automatic inserting device for loading insert metals into dies, etc. are operated cooperatively with each other in the case of making a casting operation with a die casting device. The operation of the product take-out device is started before the dies are fully opened upon starting of the die opening operation of, for example, the die casting machine and the chuck part of the product taking-out device is brought into the state ready to clamp the product when the dies are fully opened in this case. The wasteful time between the operations is thus reduced and the casting cycle is speeded up.

化が達成されつつある。他方、これら自動化装置(付属
装置)によって省力化の効果は著しく向上しているもの
の、ダイカスト機及びその付属装置の各動作の連繋に関
し、さして関心がもたれず、ただ漠然とりミソトスイッ
チとリレーによるシーケンス制御で連繋されている為に
、各動作と動作との間の時間的ロスが多くなり、鋳造サ
イクルを長びかせる要因となっていた。即ち、従来のダ
イカスト法では、1つの動作が完全に終了すると徐に次
の動作を開始させていた。例えば製品取出工程を観ると
、ダイカスト機の型開き動作が完全に終了した後、次に
製品取出装置が動作を開始しはじめ、製品取出し作業を
行なうようになっているので、型開き動作と製品取出し
動作との間の時間的ロスが多くなり、鋳造サイクルを長
びかせることになる。
