DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a heat insulator for use in heat insulating boxes for refrigerators, freezers, frozen showcase prefabricated refrigerators, and the like.

In the figure, 1 is a heat insulating wall of a prefabricated refrigerator, etc., where a heat insulating board 2 is fixed between a pair of boards 3 and 30, and a foamed heat insulating material 4 such as hard urethane foam is injected and foamed between both boards 3 and 3. is forming. Next, the structure of the heat insulating board 2 will be explained. 6 is a breathable inner bag, and 6 is a powder such as perlite filled in the inner bag 6. Reference numeral 7 denotes a bag made of metal-plastic laminate film or the like, and after inserting the inner bag 6 into the bag γ and reducing the pressure inside the bag γ, the opening of the bag A is sealed by heat sealing. Reference numeral 8 denotes a peripheral edge of the heat insulating plate 20, which is formed so that the outer periphery of the bag 7 is in close contact with the outer periphery of the bag 7.

Such a heat insulating board 2 is used when inserting the inner bag 6 into the bag 7 after filling the inner bag 6 with the powder 6 into a flat plate shape.
could not be easily inserted into the bag 7 unless the inner bag 6 was considerably larger. However, if the bag 7 is made sufficiently larger than the inner bag 6, the peripheral edge 8 becomes long, and this peripheral edge interferes with the flow of the foam insulation material 4, resulting in unfilled portions of the foam insulation wall 1. This had the disadvantage of reducing insulation properties.

Therefore, as shown in FIG. 3, the peripheral edge 8 of the heat insulating board 2 was folded and fixed with a fixing member 9 such as tape so that the heat insulating board 2 was in close contact with the bag 7.

However, in the above-mentioned conventional example, when two adjacent peripheral edges 8 are folded, at the point where the folded bent portions 1o intersect, they are folded at an acute angle, resulting in a pinhole 11 in the bag 7. Air enters the depressurized bag 7 through the pinhole 11, resulting in a high pressure inside the bag 7, which has the disadvantage of lowering the insulation performance of the heat insulation board 2.

Purpose of the Invention The present invention eliminates the drawbacks of the above-mentioned conventional example, and eliminates the occurrence of pinholes in the bag even when the peripheral edge of the insulation material is folded, and the inside of the bag due to air infiltration. The purpose is to prevent the pressure from increasing, prevent the insulation performance of the insulation board from deteriorating, and maintain the insulation performance of the insulation body for a long period of time.

Structure of the Invention In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention is made by folding an elastic material made of a soft foam material or the like and interposing the bag between the peripheral edge and the bag, which is fixed tightly to a heat insulating board using a fixing member such as tape. As a result, even when two adjacent peripheral edges are folded, the point where the folded lines intersect will not be bent at an acute angle, but will be bent in a curved line, which will prevent the occurrence of pinholes. There is no increase in the pressure inside the bag due to the intrusion of air into the /C bag, and the insulation performance of the insulation material does not deteriorate, and the insulation performance of the insulation body can be maintained for a long period of time.

DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS The configuration of an embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 5 to 7. Regarding the same configuration as the conventional one,

In the figure, reference numeral 12 denotes an elastic material made of a soft foam material or the like, which is interposed between the bag 70 and the peripheral edge 8 which is folded and fixed to the heat insulating material 2 with a fixing member 9 such as tape.

In this way, the heat insulating plate 2', in which the peripheral edge 8 is folded with the elastic material 12 interposed, is fixed to one of the pair of plates 3, 3, and further foamed insulation such as hard urethane foam is used. A heat insulating body 1 is formed by injecting and foaming a material 4 between both plates 3, 3.

Further, the bent peripheral edge portion 8 forms two welded portions 13 and 14 so as to sandwich the bent portion 10.

Therefore, the elastic material 1 is placed between the fold 1 edge 8 and the binding.
3, even when two adjacent peripheral edge parts 8 are folded, the bent part 10 is bent at an acute angle or in a curved line, so that pinholes are not generated. Therefore, there is no deterioration in the insulation performance of the insulation material. Also,
When fixing the heat insulating board 2' to one of the boards 3 and injecting and foaming the foamed heat insulating material 4 between both boards 3 and 3 to form a heat insulating body, the peripheral edge of the heat insulating material must be folded. Since the thickness is low, it is possible to obtain a heat insulating body with good heat insulation performance without any portions not filled with foam heat insulating material without inhibiting the flow of the foam heat insulating material.

Even if the elastic material 13 is bent at an acute angle, two welded parts 13 and 14 are formed by sandwiching the bent part 10, so even if a pinhole occurs at the bent part 10, welding will not occur. Sealing is performed in the section 13, so that the degree of pressure reduction does not decrease.

It should be noted that the shape of the elastic material used in this example is not limited and may be round or square. Further, it is also possible to use an elastic adhesive such as foamed hot melt instead of the elastic material, and in that case, by applying the adhesive to the entire peripheral portion, it can also be used as a fixing member.

(a) Even when folding the two edges that meet each other, the point where the two lines intersect does not fold at an acute angle, but curves, so there are pinholes in the bag. As a result, there is no increase in pressure inside the bag due to air intrusion into the bag, so the heat insulating performance of the heat insulating material does not deteriorate, making it possible to obtain a heat insulating body that can guarantee heat insulating performance over a long period of time.

■) Even when the foam insulation material is injected and foamed, the periphery is bent, so the flow of the foam insulation material is not obstructed, and a heat insulation material with good insulation performance without any unfilled portions of foam insulation material can be obtained.
