Abstract

PURPOSE:To simply and surely mount a coil frame on the neck part and head part of a core without using adhesives by providing the coil frame to be mounted on the neck part and head part of the core with steps fitting on the step on the core side end surface while the peripheral part is provided with the ear part and the upper part is provided with a guide. CONSTITUTION:While utilizing the steps 1a on the side end surface of a core 1, the neck part 1b and the head part 1c of the core part 1 are covered by a coil frame 5 made of a flexible material and having the steps 5a fitting on said step 1a, and also having the ear part 5b and plural guides 5c. The steps 5a of the coil frame 5 fit on the step 1a of the core 1 and the ear part 5b of the coil frame 5 is mounted while pushing the core 1. A radius of curvature R of the coil frame 5 is made slightly smaller than the curvature (r) of the core 1 so as to make surer the condition of mounting the coil frame 5 on the core 1. Further provision of guides 5c prevents slippage of the winding position of the coil, thus causing no variety of the quality of produced articles. In addition, the production cost can be reduced because no adhesive is used for mounting the coil frame 5 on the core 1.

Configuration of conventional example and its problems ゛Conventionally, the deflection yoke is an all-saddle type deflection yoke in which both horizontal and vertical deflection are performed using coils wound in a sheath shape (hereinafter referred to as saddle-shaped coils). , a semi-toroidal deflection yoke that performs horizontal deflection using a saddle-shaped coil and vertical deflection using a toroidally wound coil /I/ (hereinafter referred to as a toroidal coil); f) There is an all-toroidal type deflection yoke that uses a rectangular coil. Of the above two types of coils, a side view and a perspective view of a toroidal type coil are shown in FIG. 1ab. The explanation will be given below according to the drawings.

Generally, toroidal coils are used by winding wires 2 around a semicircular core 1, and then combining two coils. The semicircular core 1 is provided with steps 12L above and below the side end surface for the purpose of positioning the winding 2. Winding 2 to core 1
When applying the winding machine, a part of the core holding arm 3 of the winding machine has a step 1.
The winding 2 wound around the outer circumference of the core 1 is designed to fit into the part a for reliable positioning.
The shape of the core is trumpet-like, and in order to improve convergence characteristics, the core neck 1b is concentratedly wound to form a barrel magnetic field, and the core head 1C is dispersedly wound to form a bottle magnetic field. Winding around the periphery, that is, in the direction of arrow A, requires that the winding be performed diagonally. For this reason, the winding may be delayed, or the winding may become misaligned even after winding, resulting in disadvantages such as uneven distribution of the magnetic field generated when electricity is applied. Therefore, as shown in Figure 2,
A coil frame 4 made of resin is fixed to the neck portion 1b and head portion 1C of the core 1 using adhesive or the like. This coil frame 4 is configured such that wires are wound between a plurality of guides 4a arranged upright in a comb shape.

However, as described above, this coil frame 4 was fixed with adhesive, etc., so it took time for the adhesive etc. to harden.
Further, if winding is performed before the adhesive or the like is completely cured, there is a problem in that the position of the coil frame 4 is shifted and the required magnetic field distribution cannot be obtained.

Structure of the Invention In the toroidal deflection yoke of the present invention, a step is provided on the upper and lower side end surfaces of the core divided into two, and a plurality of guides are provided upright on the upper surface of the resin-molded coil frame. The end of the coil frame is provided with a step that fits into the step provided above and below the side end face of the core, and a portion of the coil frame is also provided with an ear, so that the coil frame is fitted and fixed to the core. By doing so, there is no need to use other bonding means such as adhesive, and furthermore, the windings wound around the core can be reliably positioned.

As shown in FIG. 3, it utilizes the step 1a above and below the side end surface of the core 1, which was conventionally provided for the purpose of positioning the winding, and has a step 51L that fits into the step 1a. The coil frame 5, which has an ear portion 5b and a plurality of guides 5C2 and is made of a combustible material, is attached to the neck portion 1 of the core 1.
Cover b and head 1C. As shown in FIG. 4, the radius of curvature R of the coil frame 5 is formed to be smaller than the radius of curvature r of the core 1.

Next, the state in which the coil frame 5 is attached to the core 1 will be explained. The step 5a of the coil frame 6 fits into the step 1a of the core 10, and the ear portion 5b of the coil frame 5 is attached by pressing the core 1. Here, as mentioned above, since the radius of curvature R of the coil frame 5 is slightly smaller than the radius of curvature r and l of the core 1, when the coil frame 5 is attached to the core 1, the radius of curvature R of the coil frame 5 is slightly smaller than that of the core 1. A pulling stress is generated at the step 51L and the ear 5b, resulting in even more secure mounting. In addition, since the guide 5C is provided, the winding position of the winding wire is misaligned, resulting in significant variations in quality in the manufactured products. 1
Since there is no need to use an adhesive or the like for attachment to the holder, there is no need to wait for the adhesive or the like to harden, and this also leads to a reduction in manufacturing costs.

As described in detail, the present invention provides a step on the side end surface of the core, and a coil frame attached to the neck and head of 5-7 that fits into the step on the side end surface of the core. The steps are provided, ears are provided on the outer periphery, and multiple guides are provided on the top surface, making it easy to attach the coil frame to the neck and head of the core without using adhesives. This can be done reliably, leading to a reduction in manufacturing costs, and since a guide is provided, the winding position of the winding can be determined reliably, which is extremely effective in practice.
