Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable easy production of a large impermeable sheet and to facilitate sheets laying work, by a method wherein the edges of beltlike sheets joined togetherwith on a ground to form a large water impermeable sheet, which is stretched toward the reclaimed ground side and is laid on the sea bottom of the reclaimed ground. CONSTITUTION:Rails 10 are installed on a temporary revetment 8, a truck 11, on which a beltlike sheet 2 in a rolled condition is placed, is moved along the rails 10 to unwind the beltlike sheet 2. The beltlike sheet 2, unwound from the roll on a winding roller 3, is superposed with the side edge of the previously unwound beltlike sheet 2, and the joint is pressurized by heat by a hot joint process by means of a portable type electric heat press 16. Thereafter, a large impermeable sheet for covering a reclaimed ground is laid over the sea bottom of a reclaimed land. This enables facilitation of transportation of the sheet from a manufacturing shop to a side at the reclaimed land and an installation work of the sheet over the reclaimed land.

(Prior Art) In recent years, when reclaiming beaches, food waste and industrial waste from ordinary households have been used. However, these materials often contain harmful substances, and after being landfilled, these harmful substances may flow into the seawater, contaminating the seawater, and causing damage to local fisheries.

However, when reclaiming a beach, generally a reclaimed seawall is built on the ocean side at a predetermined distance from the land side seawall, and a temporary seawall is installed between the reclaimed seawall and the land side seawall extending in a direction perpendicular to the seawall. There are multiple landfill sites divided at predetermined intervals, and each section has approximately 22 landfill sites.
The size is approximately 0m x 280m. To do this, it is necessary to prepare a large water-blocking sheet that can cover this one large section of landfill, and if this water-blocking sheet were manufactured in a factory, it would not only be extremely difficult to manufacture; There was a defect in that the transportation from the factory to the landfill site and the installation work at the landfill site were extremely complicated.

(Objective of the Invention) The present invention solves the above-mentioned defects, and enables the easy production of large-sized water-shielding sheets at landfill sites by spreading over belt-shaped sheets manufactured at factories. An object of the present invention is to provide a method for laying a water-blocking sheet in a landfill, which allows easy transportation of the sheet to a landfill and installation of the sheet in a landfill.

(Structure of the Invention) In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention creates a large water-shielding sheet by joining strip-shaped sheets along their side edges on land facing a reclaimed land. A water-shielding sheet is extended from the landowner to the reclaimed land side and laid on the seabed of the reclaimed land (Embodiment) An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

First, let's talk about the sheets used in this example, especially the first one.
To explain based on the figures and FIG. A wide belt-shaped sheet (2) is made by stacking the two sheets and joining them using a hot pressure press machine, and this belt-shaped sheet (2) is rolled up to a predetermined length around a roller (3) and then shipped from the factory. It is now being transported to a landfill site.

Incidentally, in this example, sheet pieces (1) measuring 1.2 m long, 8 m wide, and 2 cm thick are joined with an overlapping allowance of 30 cm, and the length is approximately 1.
A belt-shaped sheet (2) of 00 m is wound around one roller (3). Therefore, the sheet can be easily manufactured in a factory, and the sheet can be easily transported from the factory to a landfill site without the need to fold the sheet.

Next, the method of laying the sheet at the reclamation site in this example will be explained according to Figures 3 and onwards. Figure 3 shows the reclamation site and is located a predetermined distance from the seawall (5) on the land (4) side. A reclaimed seawall (7) is installed on the open ocean (6) side.
A plurality of reclaimed lands (9) are provided by partitioning the space between the two seawalls (5) and (7) at predetermined intervals by temporary seawalls (8).

FIG. 3 shows a state in which the left-hand landfill (8) has already been reclaimed and a sheet has been laid in the central landfill (8). In addition, regarding the size of the reclaimed land (9) in this example, the distance between the revetments (5) and (7) is 281 m, and the distance between the temporary revetments (8) is 220 m.

As mentioned above, the belt-shaped sheet (2) that is rewound from the take-up roller (3) as the trolley (11) moves is
As shown in the figure, the side edges of the previously rewound strip sheet (2) are overlapped by about 3 cm, and then they are joined together by hot-joint heat pressing using a portable electric press (1θ). . This hot joint method is extremely easy to work with, as it does not require adhesive or protective tape, compared to the cold joint method, which uses adhesives, etc., and the overlap distance is about 177 times smaller than that of the cold joint method. Although the joint can be narrow, the peel strength and shear strength of the joint are large, and a strong joint force with little variation can be obtained.

(Effects of the Invention) As described in detail below, the present invention involves making a large water-shielding sheet by joining strip-shaped sheets along their side edges on land facing a reclaimed land. Since the water-shielding sheet is stretched from land to the landfill site and laid on the seabed of the landfill, large-scale water-shielding sheets can be easily manufactured at the landfill site based on strip-shaped sheets manufactured at the factory. This has an excellent effect in that continuous photographing of sheets from the factory to the landfill site and work of laying the sheets to the landfill site can be easily performed.

Further, in this invention, since the work of joining the belt-shaped sheets is performed on land, the joining work and the work of transporting the rolled-up belt-like sheets can be performed stably and easily.
