率を低下させる等の不都合を生じこれが根本的解決を強
く望まれていたものである。本発明は前記に鑑み、籾乾
燥機の一側に付設した昇降機の蓬通管を排出用スロワ−
に接続し、上記排出用スロワーの錫穀筒に設けた吸塵筒
の他端を乾燥機内に配設した取出槽へ装着した遠心排風
機の吸込風路側に接続し、前記吸込風路および吸塵筒に
は排出用スロワーを可動状態ならしめた時のみ吸引風路
を閉鎖状ならしめると同時に吸塵筒と吸込風路とを蓮適
する如く関連作動する一対の開閉弁を騒動自在に枢支し
て、風量の増減作用により鞠動力が直ちに増減変化する
遠心排風機を使用することで籾循環乾燥作業を営ませる
は勿論のこと遠心排風機の絞り運転作用時に発生した余
裕動力で遠0排風機の運転の外に排出用スロワ−の運転
も一個の電動機により確実に達成させて乾燥機の廉価性
と消費動力の経済性を図ると同時に、遠心排風機を乾燥
終了以後にあっても連続運転させ、前記遠心排風機の吸
引作用で排出用スロワーを介して機外へ排出される乾燥
籾中に含まれた塵挨を確実に選別除去し、もって塵挨の
周囲飛散を未然に防止した籾乾燥機における乾燥籾の塵
挨選別装置を提供しようとしたものであって、以下に本
発明装置の構成を添附図面に示した好適な一実施例につ
いて説明する。

し、更に幾分乾燥された籾を昇降機6および水平樋8を
経て籾乾燥機1へ循環返送し、何回かの循環作用で乾燥
を終了せしめる。以上の作用で籾乾燥が終了したら、他
方の牽引細11を牽引し切替弁10の切替作用で水平樋
8側への通路を閉塞すると共に蓮通管9への通路を開放
させる外、作動村22を押し上げると吸込風路4は一方
の開閉弁19で閉塞される代りに吸塵筒16の開閉弁2
0も連動して開放ならしめると同時にクラッチ装置17
によって排出用スロワー12が運転を開始する。ところ

に含まれた多くの塵挨を多孔板14を介して覆筒15内
へ吸引した後吸塵筒16および遠心排風機3を経て機外
へ集中排摩させ、乾燥籾の排出時に塵挨が周囲に飛散す
るのを未然に防止し、能率的な乾燥作業を達成させるこ
とができる。要するに本発明は、前記の様な構成を具備
せしめたから、風量の増減作用によって鞠動力が直ちに
増減変化する遠0排風機3の使用により籾の循環乾燥作
業の遂行は勿論のこと遠D9E風機3の絞Zり運転作用
時に発生した余裕動力を有効的に使用して遠心排風機3
の運転の外に乾燥籾を機外へ排出させるための排出用ス
ロワー12の運転も小さな容量を持った一個の電動機に
より達成させて乾燥機を安く提供させると同時に消費電
力の節約を図ることができる許りか、遠心協E風機3の
吸引作用で乾燥籾中に含まれていた塵挨を排出過程にお
いて選別除去し、乾燥籾の集収時に際して周囲に塵挨が
飛散されるのを未然に防止し、もって衛生的な籾乾燥作
業を営ませることができる効果を奏する。
