Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 負圧源からの負圧を一定負圧に制御する定圧弁部と、こ
    の定圧弁部から供給される一定負圧の負圧通路に大気を
    導入して負圧を希釈する電磁弁部とからなる負圧制御電
    磁弁においてミ上記負圧通路に連通ずる大気導入通路を
    備えた弁座と、この弁座に接離して上記大気導入通路の
    弁口部を開閉する電磁弁の弁体とを設けると共に、上記
    大気導入通路にオリフィスを設け、このオリフィスと大
    気導入通路の弁口部との間にオリフィスより大きい通路
    断面積を有する中間負圧室を形成したことを特徴とする
    負圧制御電磁弁。
