料を配合して調合染料を作る必要があり、又かかる染料
の配合比は高い精度を必要とし乍ら、配合作業場では通
常有機溶剤等を取り扱うため、上記高い精度の配合作業
を人為的に行う上での作業環境が悪く満足な作業を遂行
出来ないこともある。本発明の目的は、上述する諾々の
問題点および欠点を解消する多液性染料の連続自動調合
装置を提供することにある。

連続的に鯛合染液が得ることが出来、更に完全自動化に
よって作業環境の改善および省力化に大幅に貢献し得る
効果を奏する。

定値に従い開閉操作するための制御機構を有した計量手
段と、上記染料排出後、計量ホツパー内に洗浄液として
有機溶剤及び又は水を噴出して洗浄する手段とを有せし
めた計量槽から供給された染料と有機溶剤とを撹拌して
調合染料とするための撹拌手段と、調合染液排出後、洗
浄液を噴出して洗浄する手段とを具備した混合槽内で調
合染液を作り、複数の該混合槽を交互に使用することに
より調合染液が連続的に供給されることを特徴とする多
液性染料の連続自動調合装置。
