  1. 含塵空気の流路２を形成する円筒状集塵エレメ゛ント１
    の複数個より成る集塵電極８の各集塵エレメント１の内
    部に、円柱状の反撥電極４を集塵エレメント１と軸心を
    共通に設け、一方向の突出端６においてのみ放電する針
    状放電極３を、反撥電極４の流入側の端面に反撥電極４
    と軸心を共通にけ設け、突出端６を集塵エレメント１の
    流入側の開口部端面７と同一平面上に位置せしめたこと
